@Richard James Uri-Oracle thank you. I saw that page, but I wouldn't have known in a million years that AND ptll.nextline = 1is invalid, whereas BUILTIN.DF(ptll.nextline) = 1 is valid. How did you know that using BUILTIN.DF would work on this?

@Richard James Uri-Oracle , Thank you so much - this actually worked :) Where can I get more information on the available BUILTIN fields, and how to use them? This might be to broad of a question, but how could I have know that this nextline is not available directly?

The previous comment and linked article didn't help. It ended up miraculously showing up - really not sure what changed.

@Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle I just realized that when you click on "Save and Email" it ignores the custom message, but when it comes from a schedule, it has the custom message. I think that's a bug, but maybe it's a feature?
