For example, we have multiple locations and they each have a price.. when I use Maximum in the Saved Search it gives me 627.81.. What I am needing is the last price for each location.

Thank you but it was my understanding it only sends to one of those three not all three, it just goes through the three options and once it finds the first field with an email populated it just emails and does not look to the other fields... Is that correct or am I mistaken?

Do you know why we also see it on Purchase Orders? Do you know when in some instances it appears to auto check and other instances it remains unchecked?

Yes but that would remove full access to the Transfer Order they should still be able to view Transfer Orders - would you have another suggestion?

Thank you, I note we were using a custom form and that tab was not displayed. After using the Standard form the tab appeared & I was able to uncheck the box. I have asked the Vendor to confirm the solution works.

Hello, yes thank you for the advice, it is a shame it can't be managed in a different way but the suggested idea of adding that user as the list owner did work as a work around for if only one person is making the list changes but as it is a whole team it is not ideal.

@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle I have tried your suggested tactic and what would you recommend I do for the fields that do not have 'not equal' as the option? Sadly only 2 of my 10 fields gave me the not equal option. Thank you :)

For context we are trying to have the "Expected Receipt Date" line field values copied to match the vale of the "Requested Arrival Date" on the header.

Yeah it does (list is still not 100%, some results still show on-top of each other) but that is what I suggested the user does as a workaround. Was hoping for something a little more helpful so the user does not have to do that each time they search though. Thanks

But it would still be useful to know if access can be limited.. Also are we able to limit a specific role from using Drag and Drop on certain records? (we would want them to be able to DnD on cases but not sales orders).

Never mind I just solved it I had to tick the Files tab to be displayed on the custom Sales Order form
