Thank you all for your comments. I forgot to mention that we have not yet received these deposits so need a way to bill the customer but record the amount received as a deposit. We had a team investigating this and they determined a process that will work for us.

I read the response.. it just didn't make sense. I do not see a reference to "forgot password" in the release notes. Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, the criteria I need to only inactivate vendors wilh no bills in the last year includes using the Maximum operation in a summary fashion. I don't see a way to do that in the criteria section of the mass update.
