There already is a report for this, 'Customer Profitability Summary'. Set the parameter for date as 'This Year'.

How much space is allotted for the field on the transaction form layout? Try shrinking another field on the page and making the field's printed area larger..

I am able to log in but I am unable to pull any data or refresh anything without error. This is unacceptable.

The same issue is happening to our users intermittently. We have yet to nail down a cause for the effect, but when a user changes screens the center tabs reset to some sort of default setting.. I don't want my sales people in an Admin Role.

We are having issues receiving and fulfilling for items which don't have a weight shown in NetSuite. This used to default to 1lb if the item's weight was blank, now it wont, which doesn't let us fulfill.

Are you trying to create an automated email that is created and sent when an inventory adjustment is made?
