Following to get update (obviously impossible to reach support / customer service via phone).

Afraid not. In fact I just went through manually adjusting buckets for 2016.

cdelacruz - That is sweet - thanks The first time I tried it my filter (from last run) was set to scheduled = Yes and using your URL gave me a CSV that included the Schedule column - exactly what I wanted. Then I ran a Scheduled = No and your URL provided the format without the Scheduled column - again perfect. I imagine…

Robert - thanks for the response Guess I confused things by mentioning the "old workflows" If I go to Customization | Lists, Records & Fields | Item Fields | New, I can add a custom field to the Item Master. I'm looking for a process like that to add a custom field to a Shipping Item (I'm assuming Shipping Items are…

Nina, Thanks for the quick response but I'm a bit confused. It seems that the defect you referenced has already been addressed (at least partially). I am able to change the order of matrix options when creating new children via the Insert Before function under the Display tab for the Items tied to my Option Lists (at least…

I just got a solution from Caren at Netsuite Customer Support. The email was timestamped 2:30AM EST on a Saturday (so I guess there are some skilled folks who opt for the "weekend" shift). In any case, it turns out the reason I could not get the standard Sourcing and Filtering to work on my Custom Transaction Body Field…

Just got a little more complicated. The sourced "On Order" field is in UOM "EA" as are most of our PO Line Items. However, there are a number of items displayed on the PO Entry form with purchasing UOM converting to KG. The custom Transaction Body Field doesn't appear to support Formula's. If it did, is there even a way to…

Ok, combining info from a couple of threads: Looks like I can build a formula on a custom transaction column field (since this is a display only field) by using the Default Value option. And, it looks like you can calculate the UOM conversion using Quantity and Quantity in Transaction Units fields (quantity/quantityuom) in…

That's a BINGO. Name for Partner = Sales Partner Rep It all makes sense now. Thx

Did you ever figure this out? We have a similar scenario where we have a work order for 100 but we wind up assembling only 90. We do an assembly build for 90 and the work order remains "in process" awaiting the remaining 10. Eventually someone notices this "open" work order, goes into it and hits the close button. Note: we…

Interesting... so do you "programmatically" create assembly build records from your work order completion scan? We're looking to do something to streamline / automate the process of completing a work order and putting material into finished goods inventory. For the most part our finished goods already have UPC codes on the…

I'm currently trying to come up with a solution to the same problem: The need to prevent future orders from grabbing current inventory at the expense of current orders that would otherwise be fulfillable. As you seem to have also concluded, it seems like the most straightforward solution requires an automated (based on a…

You don't mention if you asked OzLink about the issue. If you haven't you might want to reach out to them. We experienced a couple of "issues" with Oz and 2014-2 that OZ quickly figured out. Basically, some of our existing OZ settings that worked fine with 2014-1 had to be tweaked to work with 2014-2.

I'm pretty sure the login email doesn't have to be a real email account. Try something like consultant@{your company domain}.com. Set the password and tell him what it is. Answer the security questions too. If he needs to be able to receive / test automated emails as part of the project have him address them to you and set…

A Netsuite License is actually "two licenses". One for the User Interface (regular user logging in) and one for Web Services (used by some scripts, third party products like OzLink, SPS, etc.). Both show up in the Login Audit Trail. The twelve per minute are likely Web Services calls. One possible way to tell them apart is…

Ok, still don't know why the workflow didn't work but additional searching turned up Suiteanswer 46645. It's a better option for what I was initially trying to do - alert user to Customers with potential Finance issues. Basically, it lets you build an Inline HTML field (new to me) as a Banner in the header. So, my…
