We use PayPoints backend to get this info, think it comes up as 3DSecure Timeout. We have been using it for a few weeks now, not to sure how much its affecting our business in terms of abandonment. A few customers phoned up moaning about it, but at the end of the day, its for their security.

And its back again, "Potential Sensitive Persistent Cookie Sent Over a Non-Encrypted (SSL) Channel" as of 15 Nov. This has also made us fail our PCI CSS compliance which also ran over the weekend. Its not just Mcafee picking up on this, obviously there is something going on to create this issue. This is what out PCI scan…

Yeah, i has that experience when we started with NetSuite, but this is on items that have been selling for months and only effects certain customers. I mean, i can go on there and its fine, but other people cant see the options.

Hi Chris, i have spoken to Security Metrics (Our PCI compliance company) and they have responded with the following email: Hi Chris, Thank you for contacting SecurityMetrics Technical Support. You might want to share with NetSuite the following information in regards to the web server supporting SSLv2 connections and weak…

Thanks guys, all done, had to shuffle some things around to get it set right, but is working now.
-
Mine was using IE 7, with Vista
-
Chris, did you read my reply?

Same here, custom checkbox used to say its on special, decimal custom field for the old price, then use javascript to pull the old price and the new price with some extra text, see here for our example. http://www.blitzsport.com/Products/DVD-Special-Offers

I agree, the code is hardcoded into their system which we cannot edit. So surely a mass update on all database isnt that much of a big deal. Its practically changing & to &. How is that hard?
-
Also, is it me or is NetSuite converting all & tags into &. I know for a fact i enter all my & tags but looking at the validator they are all showing up as &

I recently opened up an enhancment for this, i will post it when im back in work. We are using a Strict doctype and there are plenty of errors with the NetSuite code. I asked for this to be fixed and they said they will have a look. To be honest, its a very simple thing to fix, it may just need a few votes to get it pushed…
-
Im so glad others are taking interest in this, NetSuite is such a pain once you put in a doctype. For the most part its fine, but when you start using the customer center and checkout it gets very difficult to keep things together, let alone have a valid document.
-
Looks like this thread might help, https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=20049. They used javascript to search through the page tags and find the info. Im quite weary about using this method but if it gets the job done, why not. Until NetSuite make this info available (Which all other shopping carts do) we…

Thanks for the update Mariano
-
We are also interested in this, any info would be great.
-
Same here, by the time they have fixed it Google would have reindex our website and put the jessionid on all the urls, fun!
-
Tom, its built in :D If you login the preview site go to the website setup and then look under the shopping cart tab you will see the checkbox at the top :D Happy days
-
Just got confirmation on this, apparently it has become a defect once again and they are looking into it. Has been given an S2 priority.
-
Hi Rob, yeah just raised a case, its weird though because its only happening on the second website. The main website is fine, the urls are all in google fine, but the second one (multisite) is the problem one. Could it be another issue with multisite?
-
How about this https://system2.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/SneakPeeks/2010.2.0_SneakPeeks.html#W01
-
It does expire on its own although im not sure how long. I think its less than 24 hours.
-
Oh and yet another fine example of the ever growing list of problems. For some bizarre reason the customer centre is not working on the second site? It loads up but the side bars are all screwed up and wont load. We have managed to make this site live now but with very reduced functionality. I know support is busy with…
-
Hi Darren, i think you have done what we are in the process of doing now. We have a sister site that is branded totally different but i have a funny feeling im going to come across alot of the problems you have said plus more. Ill try to post any further problems i come across and hopefully push for some quick…
-
Hi John, this is another drawback for multi-site. Seems to be something to do with the sessions. There doesnt seem to be sperate sessions between the different sites so it goes back to the site you visited first. This is an issue we have had since we started using it.
-
I also agree on this matter. One of the things we had problems with when we started with NetSuite is the unnecessary shipping options it provides our customers with. If im shpping within the UK, why would i want to see international options? I wouldnt, i would only want to see these when im actually shipping…
-
Yep, i noticed this as well, it works when the site is using http:// but as soon as it changes to https:// it tends to be very glitchy.
-
Just found out something annoying and flawed. If your using URL components and have information items they can be accessed from either site. For instance, one of my websites uses an info item called Terms which for us is www.blitzsport.com/terms. If you go to the new website and after the root type in /terms it opens the…
-
I would hope alot more people are using the multi-site, or at least want to use it so we can get a decent running list of problems to pass onto NetSuite to get fixed. Its titled multi-site but its not really. Multi-site should be completely seperate in looks and functionality and at the moment we are only really getting…

Ive been looking at our cart abandonment rates as well recently and here is what i found out: Sep 50.80% Oct 47.67% Nov 45.70% Dec 46.27% Jan 48.99% Feb 45.77% Mar 44.27% Im looking for new ways to encourage our customers to finish off their orders but im out of ideas. One idea i did see on another thread was putting a…

Coming back to this, how could you find out which customers abandoned their checkout? We have it mandatory to register for checkout so we could get the customer details, but im not sure how i would start this report? Shopping carts have their own saved search type, but checkout isnt under saved searches.
