Steve, Whatever report you use, if you want serial numbers displayed, then it has to be created from an item based report. From within the report, I've done a search on 'Serial' to bring up every possible available serial number field (there are many) and I've included them as a column in the report to test -- all empty.

Nope, not there. However... it got me to thinking... and looked on my roles and there was no NetSuite Support Center role set. Now I thought that prevented you from creating cases as well but it didn't. Anyhow, once I added this role, the Support Center and links (My Account view) appeared.
