I think I've come up with my solution. It's a simple custom record. I was hoping that my subtab would appear in the typical ribbon/banner menu, but for some reason it got stuffed into the Custom tab
-
This task is typically done by dumping the current price level prices, as well as any customer quotes (these use the Custom price level and are included on the customer record). Review/analyze/update via CSV. We don't have a need for reports (unless I'm missing something). I can pull any of the current pricing via saved…
-
some simple ideas I'm kicking around: duplicating the current price lists to reflect the change - (this would allow us to print off comparisons between price level changes) we're only using 6 price levels at this time. This doesn't account for any customer quotes (customer pricing) using Pricing Groups - I haven't done any…

looking for feedback as well I've been tasked with finding a way to publish new price lists for customers showing the increase. We usually increase prices, price level & qty pricing, customer quotes, etc via CSV files. I'm not sure if this is the correct solution for my particular use case.
-
trying to decide the best practice for identifying and applying vendor quantity pricing when purchasing more than a single unit (this could be package qty or buying bulk pallet qtys, etc). We are getting a discount from vendors when ordering 'bulk' or in specific quantity multiples. (single unit price =$12.00ea, when…

yes, I'm looking for a Netsuite solution that is similar to the Oracle offering
-
no conditions I'm likely not explaining this very well: in the image, there is a field named 'Attribute Sets' - with 'Leaf Springs' selected. And you'll notice that only 10-20 fields are filled in (this is all correct). Now a different part type, may not use those fields, but maybe some of the others. I'm trying to figure…

I'd like for a product attribute selected while entering/editing an item record; to enable/disable/hide the applicable fields. This is not a question about permissions. We have a subtab called 'attributes' in which there are 150+ fields. Not all fields will be necessary for all items. I hope that makes it a bit clearer

free gift promo seems to be the way thanks
-
I haven't. I need to check if we have suite promo installed. Thanks
-
Ok, my last attempt to fudge this. The issue with using NS kits or NS item groups is that I cannot transmit inventory values to our web store. Is it possible to set up a promotion to add the necessary nuts to the sales order in NS for picking/packing? I'd still need to deal with the info being sent back to the store.
-
thanks Ivy we were trying to avoid creating a new item or kit and with groups dependent on pricing, I guess I'm looking for something that doesn't include updating the product catalog and training the sales staff or customers our original item was bought and sold as 'x bolt with nut' sadly, I think scripting is the only…
-
sales order entry usually shows the number kits you'd have available based on the component inventory
-
The inventory balance search suggestion was helpful. So I'm trying a different angle.
-
thanks for all of your help and support
-
I guess I was hoping that we could use the zones for 'zone picking' (sorting wave picks by zone). As far as setup, is there a preferred way to group wave picks, say using Item Process Family or Item Process Group?
-
thanks Joy I was looking for that toggle on the search/record rather than the record type area
-
thank you

cleaning up the negative values in the outbound staging area seems to have everything working as expected thanks
-
my mistake. it seemed convenient for that particular transaction to go to zero instead of any other number. hopefully once those negative inventory values are removed things go back to running as expected.
-
there won't be inventory in an outbound staging area until the order is staged, correct? orders are failing to get to that point. we pick from storage bin 0013e and stage the items in WMS. the items fail to make it to staging again, our other warehouse has no issues and everything is handled the same way
-
some of them do have negative inventory, and I just got off my support call about this once I hang up the phone, I have a pick task failure for a single line order, with enough inventory in our storage location. pick task fails for negative bin reference.
-
this doesn't appear to be a solution to the problem, but thanks for the effort. this also doesn't explain why some failures will allow me to back the pick task back to staged and reverse picks, while others just give an error that no pick tasks exist to reverse I have an order that's been sitting in failed status to use as…

update: Defect #- 413248 Alternate Solution: None Your defect has been prioritized as an S2

we're having a custom solution set up by a partner to create a custom invoice combining multiple fulfilments into one invoice
-
A bit of a follow up: The link for 'Enter an Order' is back in the sales center home links. I've been able to set a custom preferred sales form to be used by the customer center role. However, there is no location select on the form. Its not listed as a field under any of the tabs when I'm customizing the form. Viewing…

Have you found a solution for this yet?
-
Great! That works. Thanks
-
TamiK, you aren't unique in this requirement. we're reaching out to a dev to build this function into our solution
-
it was easier for us to create a custom approval to handle this
