If this is your first time with Group On, your biggest issues are - a) does customer redeem through your site or through Group On's. The significance is that if it is yours (as we did), thne you need to generate the unique ID's for many more certificates than Group On expect to need - in our case twice as many. We did this…

hi alex thanks for the post however i have a question: does this import generate a NEW sales order or do we need to specify an order that already exists and put this is the csv file if it generates a new one what order number should we put if our sales order numbers are automatically generated in netsuite many thanks

yep us down too - our website has been down for over 1 hour! luckily still able to log in to NS though. Netsuite- when will our site be up?
