Yep, everything was working fine until ~9:45am EDT. Now NetSuite is completely unusable again.

I figured this one out. The way to free up the inventory is to go to the PO that was created from the SO and edit the corresponding line item to remove the customer.

This problem appears to be related to USPS/FedEx Shipping Integration Defect 455494. A fix was released yesterday evening that should have resolved this and Support will follow up with you. We had this pop up again today. Is there a known defect?
