We are in the middle of moving from site builder to Magento. (we have 5 sites in NS) We selected Celigo for the communication import/export and lets just say we signed in March of 2019...just a few months ago we *finally* got one of our sites live. It wasn't nearly as smooth as I thought it would be (or presented to me).

A little late in responding, but we have been using Merchant e-solutions for several years now and have been very happy. The few times I called they have been very helpful and quick to respond.

Any updated on this? Ours still doesn't work. It makes it impossible to order anything - kind of stops business.

The "Fix" blows. Now it simply lists all our items - whether or not they need to be ordered. WORSE, now when I go to the support tab - I suddenly unable to file a case. I guess that is one way to fix it; make sure nobody can file new cases.

I had the same problem so I called tech support and found out it is a known defect (#133628). Tech support told me that was expected to be fixed last night. I haven't tried it this morning so I don't know if it has been fixed. -dave

Assuming it is a credit card order, if it is only a Sales Order then no money has changed hands. Unless you fulfill the order and/or process a Cash Sale will the credit card be 'captured' and money changes hands.

The Help file in NS has really good step-by-step instructions on how to do this. Just go to the help center and type "bad debt".

hey-hey.. It worked. Not sure what part fixed it but I reassigned all the cell formats to numbers, expanded the columns, left the file open - then imported it. Otherwise, if I close the file and open it again, it has the wacky "power of" numbers. :confused:

We accept corporate purchasing cards through Netsuite. I believe it's a merchant services account setting - not a Netsuite configuration. Your merchant services account would need to be configured to accept p cards. (It costs more.)

SuiteCommerce Advanced gives you micro sites - from what I've heard, you cannot easily do multiple brands with SuiteCommerce.

UPS does offer the service of UPS Ground to Alaska and Hawaii (and Puerto Rico), while it is not true ground for obvious reasons - once it is in the state it is not delivered as fast as the air services.

Is this what you want: Under Setup > Web sites > select web site - uncheck the "Show Uncategorized Items" if you do not want items to show up in that site unless they are specifically assigned for that site. Hope it helps. -dave

Mark, I don't have an answer to your particular question - However, my question is can you get the include url tag to work at all - nesting or not. I cannot seem to get it to work at all! Any tricks or tips? -dave

Baruch, thanks for the answers and - well, now I'm excited about NetSuite again. I am really looking forward to this upgrade in 'summer of 2007'. We have several web sites using the tags but even with the tags it becomes tedious to manage. Is it going to be as easy as it sounds or is there a catch? -dave

Will we be able to assign the same product to multiple web sites - or will you be limited to assign a product to only 1 site? For example: product a = on site 1, 2, and 3 product b = on site 2 only product c = on site 2 and 3. etc.... If so, that would be fantastic!!! -dave

We have used the integrated NetSuite label feature since our beginning (2006) and have never really had any issues. We almost exclusively ship out UPS - the few FedEx/DHL/post shipments are handled manually. In addition, we manually enter weight into the fulfillment - I don't think you can import the number automatically.…

Correct. Prior to the upgrade, the shipper simply went to the fulfill package page and entered the weight and dimensions and hit enter, that became box 1. Now the system automatically has box 1 appear forcing our shipper to delete that box before continuing.

Vicente, thanks for the response. We have just been upgraded, and the problem is in fulfillment. When you click to fulfill, in the packages tab it automatically adds a box to the list. Our shipper has to remove the box every time. It adds a step to the process.

We had a similar issue when we first started shipping with Netsuite/UPS. Tracking numbers wouldn't update and customers would call asking what is happening.
