sburk Yeah, we had the drivers all updated and we are having intermittent issues.

Hi Karen, we have been having this same issue this morning without a new release. We tried the to_date() and that did not fix our open query. NetSuite Support recommended us to try it. After a few hours of being down, all our original queries started working again. Did you talk to NetSuite support?

karenn Thanks for the feedback. Good luck with 2018.1!

Im also looking for a way to pull the tracking into a custom email template.
-
Hi chanarbon , yes I have been working with Support to get the kinks worked out of our implementation of this SuiteApp.
-
I just thought of a possible workaround, and it works! The only remaining place on our site to access this default registration form was if a customer entered incorrect login info. The login screen would display again with an error message that states "Incorrect email or password. Please correct your email and password, or…

Thanks for the response!

Hi, have you been able to pull multiple line items into the email? I have only been able to pull the first item from the fulfillment transaction using HTML in the email template.
-
Yes an update to the web store templates would be very helpful.

Three different browsers, two different locations. No access to my production account. My sandbox account is still functional.

Whenever I cancel out of a customer record that will not save, I end up in a loop that doesnt end. I have been waiting over 30 minutes and the browser is glitching the logo up top and the status bar is reading 'waiting on system.netsuite.com'

Thanks. I submitted a case last night. Im waiting for a response.
-
Issue is still persisting. I have been using CSV imports to update customer records.
-
Does anyone know how to edit customer access other than directly through the customer record?
-
The recommended work arounds did not resolve the issue for me.
-
There is not any consistency to it. My issue happens in all entry forms for customers/leads created since 3-24. Forms created before that work for the most part. I have had a few records have the issue that were created before that date. They filed mine on that defect as well. Hello Frank, We have filed the following…

They are now filing a defect for my case as well. There is nothing that can explain this in my own investigations. It very strange and disturbing.
-
Dallas, Texas NS unresponsive since 10:30 am.
-
Same here since 7-7-14
-
As you can see it has not resolved.

Wow. That beats anything I've seen. ...and that is just editing a sales order.....

It has never been this bad for us. We just had another one....136 seconds for saving a sales order. Unacceptable.

My issue has a negative impact on saving any type of transactions.

Both Netsuite accounts that I manage are extremely slow this morning. Every page in the back end takes minutes to load, when they usually take a few seconds. Submitting orders in both web stores is also taking a very long time. So long that I am surprised that they are not timing out. I am about 3 weeks behind on migrating…

This is killing us. We couldnt ship out all our pacakges on time becasue it takes two to three times as long to close and process payments before shipping. We have to use an extra person do a normall one person job to assure that we get all of our orders out timely.
