  • We use a lot of item groups and just had to do the same thing. in our case we had to check the "Display Components on transactions" check box on each item group so the individual components are visible on invoices and we then had to go through the returned rows in the advanced HTML template for quotes and invoices and…
  • Hi Carl, thanks for the info. We have custom case types and sub-types to allow for filtering but even with a small data set, it's not speedy. This was not something I expected since we're coming off of a home grown application using a SQL database that's been collecting case information for 16+ years. Thanks again.
