The group sounds great but I do not believe you can sell a group via ecommerce. Yes, we currently have dummy items that we sell online and have to edit each order to use the correct group (because of problems with kits and serial numbers) - is there an enhancement to vote for to have Groups that can be listed on the web…

I have it set up, but most of the time the integrated labeling does not work and gives an error message. I don't think it tolerates the varying format of addresses in different countries. The real time pricing seems a little more reliable.

............and why does it put any user of it at risk of fraud? It always shows the transaction currency as USD regardless what currency is really used for the transaction - however the numbers shown are the value in the currency really used for the transaction. The result is a false declaration to customs. This simple…

Is it possible to make the 'more' option the default on the shipping tab?

I agree it would be good if Netsuite made the two factor authentication more accessible. There is also an app from Verisign (VIP Access) on the iphone, blackberry and android. Several other relatively inexpensive SaaS that I use include two factor auth as standard. To me it would add to the credibility of a SaaS provider…
-
we currently allow for soft second-factor authentication via IP Address Restrictions in all accounts. IP address restriction sort of kills one of the best things about web based SaaS - that they can be used anywhere!

Still not working at 09:20 GMT (01:20 PST) Case 643157

We are planning to retire smbXML in May of 2008. Will Netsuite add the ability to import transactions via CSV? I import Invoices and Customer Payments once a month from our bespoke customer billing system using SMBXML for accounting purposes only, which was possible to set up with little expense. It would seem that to use…

My numbering jumped up by 7000 numbers for no apparent reason - it would make sense as I imagine it has been suggested before to have a 'next number' setting in numbering setup? Richard

If you have a telephone (system) that can execute a file on an incoming call ringing, you can use it to open a batch file that runs a search of phone numbers on netsuite. As others have said, it is not perfect in a b2b environment, but I find that it is none the less useful Richard

I had setup SPF for my domain, so thought I would test it by sending a message to my Gmail account which shows their SPF test results in the header. Seems they are not looking at our own domains, but the 'return-path' address. Could someone ask Netsuite to set up their SPF records! Received-SPF: neutral (google.com:…

Netsuite has been very very slow for us for the last two days. Load times have ocassionally exceeded 30 seconds per page!
-
Terrible here too, although not so bad before business hours in the US.
-
just wondering if anyone has any advice on their experiences with this problem or similar. Or even better any advice to get things moving quicker. I turned on MLI in early december - most of our items are serialized and the system knows where all the serial numbers are following the distribution but the stock on hand etc…

Anyone know any more about this? http://www.netsuite.com/portal/landing/netsuite-for-google.shtml

Chris, Was interested to see how you had setup your site for bookings and noticed that your 'view cart' link is broken. When I click on it, I get a netsuite error page and then re-directed to your other site for cellphones. I think it is something to do with a tag you are using Richard

If you have a liveperson account (or perhaps a trial), there are some Liveperson support documents on how to set the integration up. I have it working but don't find it that useful.
-
anyone know if this still remains the case that item number fields are inaccessible except via the UI?
-
I suppose it's time to see abut automating products into google base. Yes, it's difficult to understand how Netsuite can continue to overlook this function, let alone making us put the exports through Excel to convert them to a suitable format for Google Base. Perhaps they are expecting Google Base to come round to the…

3. geosat: issue with customer payment import. This is a smbxml import issue and the fix is to be released in next few days. How will I know when the fix is released?
-
I have had some import problems with XML since 11.0.6 for customer payments. Don't know if it relates to csv problems at all?
-
Our SCA sites seem to be not loading or showing error messages - a few others do to. Any ideas anyone? Customer Care Case # is 2546467

I get the same - NS support made it sound like I was alone in this problem when I reported it!!
-
This has happened for use ever since we started using netsuite if using firefox.
-
Can anyone at netsuite advise on progress on this defect? Issue 120091: sales description for item is stuck on past purchase description
-
Please add us to this issue Trevor, I think you need to submit a case to Netsuite quoting the issue number Richard
-
Thanks - I've no doubt it was involved, but it was first reported by me in February 2007, so that in excess of 12 months to resolve!
-
I also had very slow performance today around mid-day GMT. Could we also be on a US database? How can I find this out? Richard
-
I wonder if NetSuite sales people actually know this?? Yes, they know! If you want it addressed, vote for enhancement: 65446 Enhancement RTE: Description, Message, template fields. Please support the Rich Text Editor for non-IE browsers (Gecko based, Mozilla, Netscape, Firefox, Safari) (by the way, I have no problem with…

I noticed that just4teeth.com use secureserver.net to handle their own email and it is this server that the error messages are also coming from just4teeth.net mail is handled by 10 smtp.secureserver.net.just4teeth.net mail is handled by 50 mailstore1.secureserver.net. In another thread, these error messages on every single…
