We had issues with the Express so we turned that feature off. Everytime a customer placed an order with PayPal Express it created a new customer and the address format was not proper and did not require a phone number so we decided to offer the PayPal integration without using express and it has worked much better for us!

We use a Custom Sales Order and have made it the default for online orders also. However customers with Net 30 terms no longer have the ability to choose Net 30, the website requires a credit card. When I change it back to Per Customer Basis the Net 30 becomes an option. What am I doing wrong?

Are there any new updates on this issue. It is causing us all kinds of issues also. Once a customer starts through the process and they decide to add to the order they can't go back and change the shipping method or see the cost it just takes them to payment.

We did a demo with PaceJet and it was very slow, we were not impressed. Also they could not show us any customers using the live feature on their website that worked.

I have this same issue and have figured out it happens if that particular item has not had any activity in that location. To see what I mean pick an item that does not let you put in a location reorder point and place it on a sales order with that location and save the order. Then go look at the item and you will notice…

The other thing you can do is under the shipping item/discount rate put in for example 1.05 which would charge 5% more than actual rate.

Ok, I found the bug!!! If you leave the package size in the box beneath the click box for "Ships Individually" then the system still acts as though the box is clicked (whether it is or not). So either the click box needs to disappear or it needs to overide the package size entry box. Thanks, Matt

Version 2007 sounds nice, but in our case we may have customers order 1-50 items and we have no idea what size box it will ship in until all the items are picked.

The rates on sales order is assumed for 1 package of 12x12x3 inches dimension. If you make no change on fulfillment, then you get same rate as that on the sales order Here lies the issue, when you have an AIR shipment the 12x12x3 is a 3# dimensional package. Thats fine but it does me no good at the Sales Order stage or on the website to be quoting air rates based on 3#. I still am waiting for the answer to the logic behind assuming the package is 12x12x3:confused: .
