I have looked at your sitemap.xml and it requires downloading. My SEO support company tells me this will not work because spiders don't download files. It must display (be rendered) as an HTML page. At the top of the screen it should say Cash Sale - Not Deposited. If it did not get charged it should say Pending Credit Card Approval instead of Not Deposited. You can also go to Tranactions>Customers>View Credit Card Transactions. Hope this helps!

We have asked Netsuite about adding this feature to our account and they gave us a quote that was way too expensive to justify. We often quote Post Office delivery and have the same issue of either guessing the weight or looking up each item - a real pain!:mad:

How does your process work for shipping items if you start with Cash Sale or Invoice? Aren't you missing the fulfillment stage?

We had the same issue and made the payment method mandatory, we had to do away with it because we offer NET 30 terms to some customers, so the mandatory payment method would not work. If the person was NET 30 it still required a payment method and if you chose something like Terms it would show the Cash Sale as paid. Great…

We use Cash Sales for customers who pay with credit cards and checks, if the customer has terms, then the system automatically saves it as an Invoice, thus when we put in a "fake" payment method it saved it as a Cash Sale and said all was good!

If the customer is registered they can login and go to "My Account" from there they can look at all Estimates and turn them into Sales Orders. We use this feature all the time!

Do both setups NOT allow a web user to change their email address online? The version My Account 1.02 is the one we are on and I think it is crazy that I have to manually change email addresses for customers. This is basic stuff Netsuite. ------ Defect 282795 has been open for months now!
