  • On the basic tab there are 2 boxes "Number Of Allowed Downloads" and "Days Before Expiration". They are right above the Immediate Download click box (if you don't seem them, maybe you customized the form so they don't show)? We use the days before expiration to limit access to 6 months.

  • We have the same issue - we created a custom field to put bin locations on each item, prints fine works great. However when you have a kit the "custom" bin location field is empty. NetSuite told me that the custom field will not pull in on kits, and that is how it is designed to work! Let me know if you find out otherwise.
