Same here. PayPal down. This is has been a common theme for PayPal. We are going to look into other processors. Too much down time with PayPal.
-
PayPal seems to be down AGAIN!
-
I have been trying to get into PayPal and it keeps kicking me out. This is usually a sign they are having issues. I am working in NetSuite fine as long as I don't need to authorize or charge an order. It is my understanding that the manager and PayPal are two different programs and can each have their own issues.
-
And that's why I can't fulfill an order? PayPal? Yes that is true if PayPal or PayFlow Pro is your processor.
-
What processor?

Our website is down. www.sailrite.com

Our website is completely down. www.sailrite.com

No, the extended cart is still a mess. Try running a free shipping promotion tied to UPS ground. Prices don't match and now the promotion code only works when entered in upper caps. I submitted a case and got an "S2" status for the fix. How long has this feature been broken Netsuite? Please fix it!
-
We have the same error at www.sailrite.com. Can't get in on the website or the backend.
-
We are also getting lots of unexpected errors, even from customers who have ordered before.
-
We are down as well. Silver support does not allow a call in. How am I supposed to report our problem. Also Stats.netsuite.com says to login to get further details on the issue. How does one do this when we are down??? Matt Sailrite
-
We are really slow also - not useable at all.
-
Our website is now up but the backend is still down. www.sailrite.com
-
We were up for a short while and are also down again! Killing web sales
-
Our website is completely down - I notified Netsuite about an hour ago and the case has not been started! What does NetSuite suggest I do?
-
I just put a case in on how slow our website is. Your Customer Care Case # is 752268 I have to agree our website has been down more this month than the last 2 years. This is very frustrating. I feel like we are left in the dark and just sit here helplessly waiting for our site to regain its speed. We have spent a lot of…

Not only has my credit card processing been screwed all day, Netsuite is now going up and down "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
-
We have been down for over 2 hours now - any idea when we will be back up?
-
Ours is down too www.sailrite.com - Silver Support - Don't you love it - no way to contact anyone when you have a system down!
-
Yea I just posted a note - our website is completely dead too www.sailrite.com. I can't get a hold of support and the online case support is not working!
-
Just got a hold of someone at NetSuite, they know about it and are working on it! Wasn't it nice of them to let us know! Love the communication!
-
I tried to submit an online incident - timed out - so I guess this is my only option!
-
I am sure you will all get a kick out of this. I was the person who filed the case last year - just got an update today: "Hello Hallie, Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support. This is with regard to your problem on the declined customer credit card where when you hit "Go Back" button, all other information…
-
"When a customer has a declined credit card and we hit the go back button the whole sales order is gone. This has happened to 2 different order takers today. The customer information still exsists but all the items are gone." I reported this issue on 8/21/2007 Case #610216. Never got a resolution, they just dropped the…
-
We are also getting the errors on backend and website. Does anyone know if it is a Paypal or Netsuite issue?
-
We are back up
-
We are completely down also - tried to call the special number given in the email (we were upgraded last night also) and no answer  This is our busiest day of the week - what is the ETA?
-
I have the same issue. Do the export again after the popup blocker comes up and it will work the second time, annoying but it works.
-
I had my IT guy look at the issue for me today and we got it fixed by going into tools>internet options>security>for trusted sites make sure https://system.netsuite.com is listed>then set my security levels for trusted sites to low. It worked the 1st time like a champ. No popup message that stopped it from continuing. I…
