Both estimates that are created from opportunities and standalone estimates will appear on the pipeline reports. The issue is with estimates that are set to Forecast Type = Upside not appearing. All other open estimates do not appear.

I don't see how this would be possible with NetSuite's standard "out of the box" functionality, but you could setup a script that adds a button to your form and prints out whatever format packing slip you want, including items in a specific order.

I agree that it should never stop uncategorized items from displaying but apparently NetSuite support does not. They are supposing that this is a previous defect that has been fixed which is doubtful because the Display in Website checkbox controls which items are displayed in the website, not the Show Uncategorized Items.…

You will need to update sales tax tables if you are using them or manually update your tax codes/groups if you are not.
