NetSuite support will not edit your javascript. If the script has broken as result of a defect, NetSuite will fix the defect but they will not touch your code. They may take a look at the code and show you what needs to be fixed, but my understanding is that they will never touch live SuiteScript in your account.

Hi Mimi, The NetSuite login, and webstore customer login is the same thing. The only difference being that when you login as a customer it takes you to the customer center and when you login to your NetSuite account it takes you to whatever center your role is established as.

Even if she gets dumped into the NetSuite Customer center, she should still have the option of changing her role by clicking on the change role link in the top right corner of the screen. Then she could have simply selected your company's role as her preferred role.

I would contact Celigo regarding their Smart Client import tool. I've used this tool to import inventory adjustments which are not supported through NetSuite's csv import functionality. I'm unsure if it supports Expense Reports but I would get in contact with them and see if it does. Check them out at celigo.com

Internal ID definitely works. You should be able to map the internal ID in an update import to edit child matrix items.

Also just a quick update, purchase orders are now available to import through CSV import in case you are not yet aware.
