We seem to be back up

Yep, same here

Ditto

Either way you still Bill the sale, don't you? With the exception of a click or two, the charge is automatically made when you Bill the sale.

Try Digital Fresh http://www.digitalfresh.com/ They have an interesting integration with NS.
-
Ditto here as well.

We're getting our images searched @ around 1000 visits/month. It happened by accident, to be perfectly honest, but we did it by naming our keywords in the image name. It looks like they're in a separate directory from the NS image directory. Here's an example of an image that Google finds.…

HI Jafrum, Please keep us updated on your progress. Curious, what drew you to SCA over SB? Good luck with everything.
-
It's very difficult for the small biz, SB is very limited and SCA is way out of reach. NS needs to re think this aspect.
-
I haven't looked at SCA features in a while but I recall some of the features they offer, such as customer reviews, advance searches, etc. are being offered for SB by third party programmers. Seems like a difficult scenario having to rework customizations after an update.
-
I think it's a big negative that SC Advanced is such a big add on, or an add on at all, especially since we've been purchasing Site Builder for 10 years now. It was actually funny when my rep quoted me the cost for SCA as we're a small business as there is absolutely no way we could ever pay that amount.

Nice site Cantalupiusa!

What's your website? Would like to see, and see how you did. Thanks

We're down completely! <<System Maintenance Period Our Web site is temporarily unavailable while we perform routine system maintenance. We are working on the site to improve its appearance and functionality. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit us again later. >>

I called Tech support, they decided the site was slow, we hung up, then a few minutes later it's working fine, very quick. They must have reset something???? It's still fine now (had to check) and loading way faster than 10 seconds.

This company has some interesting site features like zoom, 360 views, slideshows, etc. They even have a few written for NS. http://www.magictoolbox.com/ We're thinking of implementing. Has anyone used them?

Hi, we're experiencing the same thing with IE and Firefox. We're using the related items as our actual items for sale, so it's definitely a problem. Here's a link to one of our items if anyone wants to try it out.…
-
I would like to stress, again, how important this is for us. For the most part, all of our items are actually related items, not the regular/main item itself. When this bug happens, we essentially have nothing to sell. This is completely unacceptable. NetSuite, any comments? We're not getting anywhere with cases and tech…

We're experimenting with moving the Continue Shopping button to the Home page. It seems that if we move the customer back to the item they loaded into their cart that we loose the related items. If we go to the Home page it stays. Either way it's not good.
-
Hi, It sounds like it is the same issue. Here's a link to an item that uses related items. http://shopping.schubachstore.com/Style-761M-Bypass-Prong-Round-Moissanite-Solitaire_2?sc=17&category=-117 We've changed the Continue Button to mimic the Back button, so it's kind of inconsistent, sometimes the related items work,…

I've been really suspicious about how Netsuite handles bulk mail in the first place. Having worked the top internet marketing company for many years, we had legitimate email campaigns, and you really need to get to know the email providers so that you can prove your email is legit. I suspect that Netsuite can't do this,…
-
We've done this using code, both on the category and product pages. We have a custom field with the discount percentage (using a coupon). The calculation is done on the fly. http://shopping.schubachstore.com/s.nl/sc.54/.f

Baruch, Any chance on getting a copy of the Forrester report? I would love to see it. Thanks for the info, Joe Schubach

Glad to hear we're not the only ones with this many cart abandonments. My take on this is we should be the same as any other Major shopping cart and if we deviate from this norm, then we're throwing in a variable that could turn off the customer. Tough part is we don't have control over this, it's purely a NS item. I think…
-
We've always had a very high abandonment. . . . . I wish we had more control over the checkout process.
-
Interesting test. I would like to know if any others have had similar experiences. Question; how were the overall results of the promotion and will you continue using promo codes?
-
We have customers stay on the same page and it appears to be OK. On our old system people were forced to navigate their way back from the Cart page whic we did get complaints about. On a related cart confusion matter. Why is it that Coupons can only be entered by a customer on the Review & Submit Order page. It would be…
-
Sure thing, go to: > Set Up > Website > Set Up Website > Got to the Setup Tab > Set the 'After shopper adds an item to the cart ' drop down to 'stay on the same page' Question: Does anyone have any experience one way or the other on taking customers to the cart or staying on the same page? We just changed and will see if…
-
We're getting a huge checkout abandonment, in the 35-50% range and a cart abandonment in the 60-80's. We know it's not shipping (free) or sales tax (none unless in AZ, most sales outside of AZ), so we're wondering if it's the order in which customers log in, add personal info, then review their order. Does anyone else have…

We've been very happy with our designer, Ofer Webman. He's been able to tweak NS into doing all kinds of interesting things and he really gets into the way you do your business. Check our site: www.schubach.com
