Hi Veronica, Unfortunately we were not given any workarounds. I posted their full response to us in the chat.

Bad news is we logged a support case and their reply is per below. Quite unbelievable that they have created such a massive gap in their reports capabilities and that their suggested "solution" of creating an external email Group of recipients doesn't work. I strongly suggest that everyone vote up the enhancement (which…

We've set up Statics Groups of external contacts (all contacts are existing entities in NetSuite), but our scheduled reports fail to send to them. We are restricted to send scheduled reports only to our employees who share our email domain. We have multiple scheduled reports that need to be sent externally to our vendors,…

Thanks Shamaine I will try this and advise. If we wanted to show this as a monthly report showing aging for the last 12 months in one report, is that possible?
-
Further to the original question, we would be more than happy to track the CUSTOMERAVGDAYSTOPAY for both individual customers as well as overall for our business if there is a way of doing that.
-
We have used David Norris from @"fourthwaveconsulting" a number of times and can highly recommend his services.
-
@"fourthwaveconsulting", is it still the case that we are unable to have end-to-end https across our entire SCA site? Are we not able to apply a relevant SSL certificate across the entire domain?
-
Thanks javier

Thanks javier - we actually did ask our account manager, who suggested the Contracts Renewals module. We even had some demos with their team out of Singapore. We were then told by another external NetSuite consultant that this module was being superceded by SuiteBilling. Is that information not correct?

Thanks for the feedback. In our case, the vendor would not agree to setting up the group on their end as it is unique to us (ie not a standard orders@xxx type group). It seems like a quite commonly required feature for NetSuite, but their support have confirmed that it cannot be done currently and there is an Enhancement #…

As an FYI, I have been informed by NetSuite support that the Financial Reports that don't have the alternative dates are as follows: [LIST] [*]General Ledger [*]Transaction Detail [*]Realized Exchange Rate Gains and Losses [*]Unrealized Exchange Rate Gains and Losses [*]Amortization Forecast [*]Deferred/Capitalized Expense…

NS support advise that is is not possible out of the box and is currently an enhancement (419790). It is simply crazy that there is zero visibility from the item side on which commerce categories an item has been assigned to. NS developers, please apply some common sense when setting up new things like Commerce Categories…
-
NS support escalated this internally and have come up with a clever workaround that actually at least partly resolves the problem. The steps below at least expose which commerce categories an item are assigned to from the item record, but the missing step which NS needs to develop is to be enable editing which commerce…

Hmmmm, our planned 3-month upgrade from our existing SCA (2015 version) to Kilimanjaro by the NetSuite professional services team (quoted based on 200 hours of work) is now into its 10th month, with no sign of completion. Would be into the thousands of hours by the PS team as well as our own testing time. We do have some…

We are on V1 / Quickstart. Went live in August 2015. We would love to upgrade to the latest version, but the services to re-implement our site are prohibitive (150+ hours quoted by NetSuite).
-
Thanks Florencia. The webstore checkout error email template has been customised and does not contain a ticket number. Also the subject line of the checkout error email template is different to the subject line of the 3 emails we received and the contents of the 3 emails were completely blank. This has only occurred to us…

We use SCA, which was implemented by the NS PS team locally (Australia). If we had our time again, we would not have gone down the SCA path. Our version, implemented just over 12 months ago, is very limited and very buggy. Although there is constant improvement of the SCA platform, each SCA website is effectively custom…

Hi Marcuiz, We have over 100 categories and over 350 customers. Manually setting up and then maintaining it as you have described above appears to be very cumbersome. Is there any way to link categories / sub categories to group pricing set up for each customer so that the website only displays those categories associated…

We implemented SCA less than 8 months ago and went to considerable expense to get some customised basic B2B functionality developed (convert quotes to orders and price list download). We have just been told that our version was pre-Denali release and is effectively obsolete (even though it only went live in August 2015).…

We ultimately went with Zopim, based on NetSuite's recommendations. It is simple to administer, monthly cost is minimal and it meets our basic needs. We did need to get NetSuite PS install the code for us as we were not sure how to do this ourselves.
-
Thanks for the advice. We will look into Olark further.
-
Access to our SCA site in Australia was down about 90 minutes ago. It is now back up, but page loads are extremely slow or time out. Have logged a support case.
-
Hi Chris, We moved to NetSuite in July 2015 and implemented SCA in August. Prior to that, we used Sage ACCPAC, with a 3rd party webstore integration, which worked well for our needs. Our experience with SCA has been disappointing in virtually every aspect. This might be partly because we had a point of comparison with our…

Thanks Steve, the problem rectified itself after a few days and has not re-appeared. We are checking daily.
-
So I am guessing our site performance is less than stellar? http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160422_EQ_ASF/
-
Thanks Michoel, NetSuite finally acknowledged that this was a widespread issue, but have filed it as a S3 defect, so like you, we have very low expectations of this ever being looked at, let alone fixed.
-
NetSuite support has now filed this as a Defect #172743. Seems strange that our organisation appears to be the only NetSuite customer in the entire world who has ever been affected by this defect.
-
We are down in Australia as well. Logging a support case now.
-
We are back up.

We have now been advised by support that we have a 15 hour scheduled maintenance for our sandbox. We would have received probably 10-15 different notices about maintenance to our account over the last couple of months, all with different dates and times. The last notice 2 weeks ago gave us a 5-day window in which the…
