boxlight.com works for me in IE7 and just boxlight brings me to a google search with your site at the top. I'm not sure that you can do anything about people that just enter boxlight into the url field since there could be a boxlight.com and .net and .org etc.

We've done the same thing with the "How did you hear about us?" field. Did you guys make it mandatory? So far, most of our customers are not filling out the field and I'm torn between making it mandatory, potentially increasing cart abandonment (ours is about 6% right now) and collecting the data.

Yup. I use Frontpage or Dreamweaver but only because I enjoy the preview panes that let me watch the results as I code. Virtually all the code is done by hand. Way too much crap otherwise.

If your creating your own NS theme, then you don't need the code But my theme is based on one of Netsuite's themes. Since I copied their theme (years ago) they've updated it. I added the code to my theme and it seemed to make no difference, so I'll live without it.

I did miss the </script> tag as well as //--> when I copied it but it's definitely from Netsuite. Setup>Website>Themes>Customise - Basic: Clean Lines. Look at the 'Addition to <head>' section (at the bottom). There's the code.
