Jericho, Thanks for response,, if i was to use a workflow, what field would i use to kick this off. I'm looking at sales rep and that gives me all my sales reps. Am I able to reference sales rules/ territories in workflow?

Evan, So with your example, I made my first workflow, awesome.. However, I'd like to expand it if possible.. Is there a way to script through the amount of the sales order towards that deposit or payment screen.. and would there also be the ability if we were doing billing schedules, to capture the estimated first amount?

Does this impact Deposit History as well? I go in as a sub role and I am unable to see the history but as Admin I can The role with the issue does have view permission for Financial History but nothing shows

You need to edit the online customer form Setup-Marketing-Online Custom Form,select the form. Under the mandatory fields column make sure your fields are set to mandatory. Save the form, preview and you should see the mandatory asterisks appear
