I have the same challenge. Trying to setup a buy $500 and get a free item, but the closest seeming option under the "Buy X Criteria" is "Set Order Total" but then the only option is UNITS despite what the documentation reads. Hi Sean, Our primary need is an accounting firm proficient in Netsuite as all the locals only use quickbooks and I don't have time to teach an accountant to use Netsuite. Florida has a sufficient number of local property taxes that I prefer to use somebody familiar with the local issues. Thanks..Don
