Hi, It's possible that the answer here may depend on your merchant provider setup. We use Verisign (now Paypall) Payflo Pro to connect Netsuite to our Merchant account. As amazing as it may seem, Netsuite does not have a way to do what you ask, void a CC charge so it never hits the customer's cards. The previous suggestion…

Hi, thanks for the response. You were right that 9, 13 and 26 were internal ids. I tried forcing them all to 2 digits and the result was: Invalid custentity_s_business_type reference key 09 . I have the same challenge. Trying to setup a buy $500 and get a free item, but the closest seeming option under the "Buy X Criteria" is "Set Order Total" but then the only option is UNITS despite what the documentation reads. (Chrome will not let me choose the --- option) Using Chrome on a pc. Ideas??? Thanks!

My real challenge is that I would like to add Assembly items to a Sales order (that's why I was trying to get them via search so as to get the right InternalID). I've no need to edit them or anything else. I looked at the Beta for 2.5 and it made no mention of Assembly items that I…

Hi Sean, Our primary need is an accounting firm proficient in Netsuite as all the locals only use quickbooks and I don't have time to teach an accountant to use Netsuite. Florida has a sufficient number of local property taxes that I prefer to use somebody familiar with the local issues. Thanks..Don
