@"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" many thanks - I have finally got there. I now understand which LSA fields to use and where to find them. So many thanks.

@"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" sorry I am not great at NetSuite so I am probably missing something. I have (as a test) created a new search - customer search and I have the following fields (the first 3 LSA related ones are just to check there is data): When I submit the search I get: My go forward plan was to use this formula…

Thanks @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" however if I use the formula: {today} - {custrecord_date_lsa} Then I get "ERROR: Field Not Found" What am I missing?
-
Many thanks @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle", I am not really familiar with reminders (and what the difference between reminders and tasks is - other than reminders is a filter on tasks). Anyway, my real question was how to easily generate a "To Do" list. As I indicated in my original question I find it painful to manually…

Many thanks to @"Dew2" and @"POwen", I have combined your responses to combine some fields and control the column width of the combined field: '<div style="width:500px">' || {number}||': '||{entity} || '</div>' Really appreciate the assistance.

@"Dew2" ah I was typing the formula into the formula box, then pressing set, then immediately running the search rather than clicking ok on the change to the field before running the search. Rookie mistake. Now it works and I will have a play with this. Many thanks

Michelle Jabanes many thanks, however given the age of these enhancements I am not optimistic they will be implemented any time soon. The column width one seems so fundamental to me, obviously I am missing something.

Many thanks for that tip. I am struggling to get the syntax correct (I am a NetSuite novice). At the moment when I have tested with {title} as the field I am getting an "ERROR: Invalid Expression". The formula I have used is: <div style="width:100px">' || {title} || '</div> Although I put in the single quotes at the start…

Michelle Sorry for the delay (I had to get someone with admin rights to sort this for me). We followed your suggestion and it seems to be working. Many thanks

Biomerics_Admin Many thanks for your response. Sorry for my ignorance - where are these fields / what type of search are these fields listed under (I don't see them under either messages or activities search)? Thanks
-
Michelle Thanks for your response. Do you know where in the Outlook Sync Configuration required fields are defined? The attached is the only configuration screen that I see. Thanks
-
JJ Many thanks - that is great for creating a search for messages. Any ideas on the second issue on how to get a single listing of messages, and other activities (phone calls, events, tasks)? Cheers T

John et al Many thanks for your quick response. I didn't word my questions very well. I know that I can view various items under the communications tab for a contact, however I wanted to create a custom search or similar that lists all messages / emails to all contacts (which I could then filter, sort etc). My second…

Hi there See attached. I have created dummy entries for confidentiality reasons. In the example there are 2 highlight criteria being applied: 1) [relatively simple] if the contact's role is the [primary contact] or [decision maker] then highlight in bold (this works) and red (this only for some of the fields). 2) if the…
