When creating an address, the AE shows up as a state option. But when the shipping item "UPS Ground" is assigned to United States only, and I choose that address in the web store, I am told there are no shipping options available.

We are experiencing the same error. On 1/16 it was "an unexpected error has occurred"; today it is "You must provide a password to give this person access to your account."

Any idea what size file would work? Netsuite help says upload files can be 2GB, but gives no limitations on zip files. I'd really love to avoid the "slow but sure" solution.
