Well, I went back and searched deeper in "Help", and it turns out there is a setting for this: Go to Setup > Marketing > Marketing Preferences > "Default Lead Source on Sales Transactions" I changed ours from "Based on Lead Source" to <blank>, and we're good now. Robert

We had this issue after the 2007 upgrade. Caused by a Javascript issue. Our custom forms worked before upgrade, did not after upgrade. WORKAROUND: The "Searching" timeout occurred under IE 6 and Firefox, but did not occur under IE 7. Therefore, we had to upgrade all users to IE 7 on Aug 27th, the Monday after our 2007…

Soon after the 12.2 release, NetSuite informed us Chrome provides the best user experience. We've experienced significant latency issues with IE.
