I would certianly like to see support reps who manage this platform be more responsive. There are several other 'users' here that are me. Signed as ~angela, named as Angela, and for whatever reason, they can't be merged into my account. Which is odd, because they merged 1 of my other logins to my current account. ~angela

You cannot update line quantities of an intercompany sales order once a fulfillment has been created from the Sales Order. What you can do is close that line on the sales order, or leave it open to be fulfilled in the future. You cannot edit the quantity. Intercompany Transactions don't behave like standard ones. You could…

In your screenshot, you have not defined the vendor. The TDS field will be populated once the Vendor is defined, based upon the vendor information. (for India Tax Setup- see SuiteAnswer 41524) If the Vendor credit is created from a bill, this should be autopopulated from the bill information. ~angela

Your custom field is not an item field, it's an other record field under product category. On your search, scroll to the bottom of the fields, and look for 'Product Category…' (note that these are at the very bottom of the list, NOT in alphabetical order within the item fields) When you select that field, it will then give…

As Able said, update the source list to Item. This should fix your sourcing issue. ~angela

Hello, There is no way I am aware of to copy data from one account to another, it must be migrated - meaning that it needs to be reconfigured and the data imported. There is no way to 'Restore' a sandbox. You can purchase multiple sandbox accounts, that will allow you to retain the data within one sandbox while refreshing…

Note that the Opportunity Status will not update the customer status - if the customer has purchased from you previously. Opportunity Status will only update the customer status for new customers, when they are leads or prospects. Yes, agreed, a bit confusing.

This is more of an accounting question, which this forum may not be the place for this. It is not uncommon for salaries, expenses, etc to be accounted for in COGS. To do this, you would need to review your COA for account types for Warehouse salaries and expenses. In my opinion, you wouldn't capture these in Landed Costs,…

This is how to close the opportunity. Once the status is set to 'Closed-Lost' the Opportunity shows ~angela

Since your account is fully configured, it seems that the installation of SuiteSuccess wasn't part of your account setup, or it wasn't fully configured. There isn't any setting that will help you find the templates if they weren't created as part of your Setup. Sorry that it's not the answer you want. As a workaround, you…

The only way to achieve this would be to bill the entire PO, and remove lines for the other receipts. As mentioned by the NetSuite people above, you cannot create a bill from a single receipt and add other receipts to the bill. It's standard AP process to review the actual bill from the vendor, and match that to the bill…

You can bill many item receipts on a single bill by simply billing the Purchase Order for the items pending billing. Instead of creating the vendor bill from the item receipt, have them bill the purchase order for all items pending billing. ~angela

If you're an administrator, I'd like to see if we might find a way to install these for you. Please go to Setup- and tell me if you see the option of 'Bundle Deployment'? ~angela

Users can natively switch between subsidiaries if the role is set to multiple subsidiaries, and the user sets the subsidiary they are working in by going to Home>Set Preferences>Restrict view - and choose the subsidiary that the user wants to work in. Your question was about showing the user what subsidiary they are…

When running these type of CSV imports, it's best to use the internal (or external) ID for the vendor, the vendor bill number, etc. SuiteAnswer 84238 explains: Applies To Product: NetSuite 2021.2 Scenario User need to generate a single bill payment for multiple bills under the same vendor. Solution Create a CSV Import file…

To answer your specific question, no, this is not something common that occurs, and has a SuiteAnswer for you to review. ~angela

Is the report throwing an error? Is the page not changing? Do any other filters work? ~angela

If you navigate to Customization > Forms > Address Forms, you can choose the address form you want to customize, and add custom fields there. ~angela

Hi Ricardo, Are you using Internal or external ID's for the vendor bills being paid? ~angela
-
Aha! I am able to see the form now. Makes sense. Sorry I'm not more helpful. Good Luck. ~angela

You will have to assign the costing method to items, as it is a required field. If you use lot or serialized items, you can set the method to be lot/serial specific. Note that the costing method that you define will drive reporting. Meaning that average cost will apply the average cost - not the specific cost - to your…

Suiteapprovals will allow you to set up a specific approver by department. It's very simple and easy to use and setup. If you have a Sandbox account, I suggest that you install the bundle and the suiteapp (you must install both, and they are free). Instead of using the workflow, you would set up the approval rules.

Here is a link to a NetSuite article. Not sure if this will help.

When I paste your external form URL, it doesn't show me your online form. This may sound silly, but do you have the 'enable online' checkbox checked?
-
Since Currency revaluations are system generated, I don't believe that you can add custom fields to it. I may be mistaken, so hopefully someone from NetSuite can confirm. ~angela

On the project record, there should be a native subtab with 'Related Records'. The transactions related to the project should appear on this subtab:

Go to Home, set preferences, and enable internal ID's. Once you have internal ID's enabled, they will show up in your report (if they don't, add the 'internal ID' field to your report). By using item internal ID's, you won't have the issue of trying to match the item names up. If the item is a child item (this is what it…

Can you navigate to Customization>Scripting>Script execution logs, and filter on 'Error' - do you see any script errors at the time the users are not able to save? ~angela

If it is not readily available within your account, your initial configuration may not have used SuiteSuccess as it's foundation. ~angela
