  • Manually look up the customer from PayPal email notifications. Give the sales order # to shipping. They go in to the sales order and manually click fulfill on each one. Unless they haven't told me something, this works. The thing that doesn't work is that the orders don't appear on the "Fulfill Sales Orders" screen.
