What is your settings in Home > Set Preferences > General > Maximum Entries in Dropdowns? If there are to many contacts on that client then it may show the search if it's over your preference here.

It is actually connected to the Customer field so it will be located right underneath it always. You will also see it on all other Sales Transaction forms. We have filed an Enhancement to hide it on forms if we want - ER #146162.

Is there any way to use scripting to mark a message as internal only after it's already been attached to a case? This would be needed if the Case was auto-created by email case capture and we want to hide that message from showing in the customer center.

Yes Svilen, We are actually already attached to that ER for this. I just wanted to throw it out on the message board to see if anyone else has any workarounds for it. Thanks.

I was told during the 2013.2 release that this was done on purpose, making all Saved Searches/Reports inactive, to turn off any scheduled email alerts or other notifications. FYI - You can still get to the old Contact Support online pop-up form if you go to Setup > Company > Billing Questions. You can then change the filters like you used to for "Ask a Question", "Report a Defect", etc... I have filed this as a defect though because it has opened the Billing Questions link to all of our users.

I noticed that it acts similar as Chrome for Long text fields where you can resize the text boxes while viewing that page. This is a nice little feature to view long text entries.

Anyone at NetSuite know the answer to when/if it will work with IE9+? Unfortunately, our IT "preferred" browser is IE at my organization so a majority of our users have to use it.

There should be the checkbox on the task called "Send Email" (unless renamed or hidden) that if checked will send the email. I also think by default this field is checked. It is easy to create using the free-form text field. But if you look at the release notes for the 2011.1 release they are supposedly releasing the ability to have a Date/Time custom field type.
