The issue was during the billing of the SO, NS added the tax back to the ivoice thus casuing there to be an overage on the Gift Cetificate. The project I was on checked with their auditors and found a work around that included doing an adjustment.

The item was changed to MRP on 9/12/2022 and the data is frozen with this detail. What do you need on the item record? The Replentish method is

@Niks Blando-Oracle There was a change from Time phased to MRP, and I suspect that is what is causing the issue. Since the items were changed from Time Phased, to MRP, the GRI screen has not changed However the MRP worbench is working fine. We just want to synch/update the GRI screen. It is causing confursion.
