That does help a little. Exporting the Pivot-table isn't really efficient, but at least I can export something. And have done a print-screen for the pivottable to keep the formatting. Hopefully there will be some enhancements added.

Yeah, it is working. It looks like I was using an activity search and not an event search, so maybe that is the crux of all of my problems.

Is Anyone using single label rolls? I have labels that are 1.2" x 0.85" (actual label size: 1.1875" x 0.84375") In the Advanced PDF/HTML form, the page size shows as "Letter" size paper. I usually am not bad at BFO but I am really struggling with getting the sizing correct. Anyone have something they would share?

They do have different Center Tabs. I hadn't given them "SuiteAnalytics Workbook" and now they can see portlets, but they cannot actually see the worksheets. I made sure that I shared the workbook with that role.

It appears that at least some non-admin roles are able to pull analytics with no issues.

Yeah, I think the system cannot act as a ticketing system (at least easily). Until I can write java-scripts I think we will have to multiple systems to sell tickets and sell merch and do our accounting system. It is definitely something in his employee record. I would say, view his record and expand all of the submenu's (the box on the right of the list of submenu's). do a search (CTRL-F) on his "Jon Beer" look for all the places it occurs just as that and compare to your account.

@Shamaine Chan-Oracle, unless our balance sheet is built incorrectly, including the detail, I don't see any Sales Orders. Within the detail piece of my different AR accounts I see INVOICES, PAYMENTS, CUSTOMER REFUNDS,& DEPOSIT APPLICATIONS. I don't see any Sales Orders or Customer Deposits.

Once I created a custom segment to the system and added that field to all of my items/transactions I was able to get the report to work properly. Thanks.
