Hey there Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, Yes, I can see the custom dynamic field(s) on the record and when I initiate a saved search (customer), the fields are an option from the menu. The fields are populated from a saved search that I've designated on the field from the Validation and Defaulting subtab.

Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle - this has been resolved.... After much review, realized the 'OR' in the saved search above was there erroneously and compromised the results. Once that was removed, I was able to change the sum of amount to average and that worked! Appreciate your time looking into this!

This is resolved. I was looking for custom record, suitelet, or something like that. I now see the actual form is showing up as it's own option. Problem solved!

Hey there Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , No worries! I did find a resolution and that the permission "Track Messages" was not on the newly created custom role. Once that permission was added, it showed up. I appreciate your time on this!

Yes, I have done that. So, to clarify, with this marked on the role (image above) and if I mark preferred on the form, the messages should become available... and these changes will not affect the main vendor form or other roles... does that sound correct. I appreciate the guidance!

Hey there Tafara Yeah, it's a little confusing...what it boils down to is that it only seems like transaction sublists will only show on transaction forms, entity sublists will show on entity forms. I need a transaction sublist on an entity form.

Adding one more post to the thread! Found a way for this to work! This hides all other views: First create the customized view (saved search). restrict the records to that role, by using the "System Notes: Role" in the search. Then within the search choose the right audience and add 1 filter (doesn't matter which one).…

I've been playing with adding Internal ID to the result with the Count Summary Type and Customer Main Line (Internal ID) to the Available Filters and it shows now!
