It looks like it's just a screen problem, on the screen it's showing 0.00 unit cost, but if you click on the GL link it brought the cost over. Do you have 2 screens? It makes it a lot easier. On one screen I'll have what I'm working on, Inventory Adjustments, Assemblies etc.. & on the other I have the item, so I can just copy & paste from one screen to the other. It's easier than flipping back & forth & you have a visual of both screens. Hope this helps.

No answer, just the issue number. We currently export it to Excel also, but it's a lot of work, for something that should be readily available through Netsuite itself.

Yes. We had logged an issue, it was fixed the end of August, but that only fixed the locations showing the correct quantity and serial number on our order entry screen. But the reports or searches still don't reflect the correct serial numbers by location, whether we restrict the location or have it sort by location,…

We have multiple locations. It shows the quantity for location X as 2 but lists all 30 serial numbers.

On the Transaction form, under the Column tab, did you un-check the Tax box?

Do you really mean column tab? There is no tax box there. It is under the footer tab. If your on the Screen Fields Tab, then on the columns tab, if you un-check that tax box, taxes won't show up on your printed forms.

Andy, What are you using to save your logos in JPG &/or GIF format? I've tried Photo Shop & Corel & every time I try to import them they import HUGE. Do you have a web site? Within our web site we have the URL for our Customer Center attached directing them to our Customer Center. Our customers log on to our web site & from there they enter their e-mail & password that takes them to our Customer Center.

Our AR Department requested the same. I put a custom field on the Customer's record, so anyone looking at the customer's file would know they were turned over to collections. I then pulled that field in on my Customized AR Aging report. We also, use the Phone Calls & Reminders. Works Great. Good Luck. Carrie

This one got caught in the middle of our swithing processors. When you switch processors you have to do a Delay Capture on the account to close out sales for that processor, BUT I never checked NS to see if those sales was already Billed in the system, hence it gave me an error when I tried billing them. Either you can Void the Credit Memo if it's in the current period or you can create a invoice using the same info that was on the credit memo (so your GL is accurate) & apply the credit memo to that invoice.

Are you entering your "jobs" or "projects" through "Enter Sales Orders"? If so, your customers can track their jobs/projects on the Customer Center by clicking on "See All Transactions". Hope this helps.

Ray is correct, unfortunately you do have to re-implement. BUT when we had to do it, we did the bulk of it through CSV imports and it worked pretty well. Good Luck.

Did you customize the order form? If you did, do you have the Tax column showing on the: Screen Fields/Columns. If this box is not checked all your sales will default to non-taxable. Hope this helps. Carrie
