We created a custom field called, item number and manually entered the line number. We then pulled this custom field on our forms. Hope this helps. Carrie

The Cash Back will decrease the amount of your deposit. If this decreased amount is the amount that actually went to the back, then yes this is what you want to do. Carrie

Line Level for class, dept & location, BUT I originally tried having them in the header (transaction leve), BUT they didn't show so I had to put them at the line level.

Does this Issue include Journal Entry History? Our accountants were able to see the journal history in the past BUT now they no longer can, it only seems the Administrator can. You could create a separate Statement Transaction form for each location & in the address box you could put your location address for that location. Hope that helps.

Under Setup I don't have "Manage Account Periods Permissions". I have "Accounting> Manage Accounting Periods", but there's no place to set permissions. If you set your AR Register's from date to the date of your first AR transaction and set the ending date the same as what you put for an ending date on your AR Summary, then they should be the same.

I am assuming this is an online Marketing Form Goto Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Form Edit the form and select the "Setup Workflow" tab There should be a check box for "Send email notification" That should send an email to the sales rep when a new form is submitted.
