We have a vendor that charges us GST tax (Canadian Tax) on shipments within Canada, how do I reflect that on the PO &/or Bill so it comes off the "Sales Tax Payment Screen" and shows up on the Sales Tax Report that we paid it & the Customer paid for it, so we should be able to deduct it from the amount due. What role are you trying to create the reports in? We have a similar problem when running some of our reports in the Warehouse role, because that role restricts to their warehouse only and there is an issue in v11 with the "Restricting Views". Currently our work around is to use a role that doesn't have location…

Steve, Try starting from the Inventory Profitablity Report. I don't know all the fields you want, but we customized ours to show the order number, & serial number & it worked for us. Good Luck. Carrie

Steve, Have you had any luck on your report? As I stated above, I started with the Inventory Profitability Report & our serial numbers show up just fine. Are you running regular netsuite & have a separate Serial Number Tab?

If you've already fulfilled the order and you want the shipping charges added to the invoice, you will have to put the shipping charges on your fulfillment screen.

Not all of our accounts have been updated yet, do you know when they will be? When we get updates it doesn't reference which account number, is it possible to have that listed so we know which accounts? Sometimes the notification just states: Dear,, Which doesn't tell me which account it is. Thanks Carrie

If you can view your search from the admin role, then with the upgrade they made have made changes to your role's permissions. We had this happed to us with the last upgrade, I had to go through the affected roles & add higher levels of permissions to allow them to see what they had seen before. Hope this helps. Carrie

We're having the same problem with all of our Inventory reports, this seems to be an IE issue, because the reports seem to run fine in Firefox as long as you don't use a custom date. Carrie

Tom, If the issue is fixed, why can't they release it when they do the next release? I know some are scheduled for a release this Friday night? Does anyone else need to be able to search &/or source from the "Manufacturer Country" field? If so, please vote for enhancement #113927. Thanks

The only other thing I can think of is to check to see if anything is open. If the payments haven't been fully applied to the invoices that will cause a open balance on the account. I did, everything is applied in full. If you go under the Transaction Tab & click on "Open", nothing shows.

Good thought, BUT this customer is very straight forward, no sub-customers, no projects, just 2 of each, proposal, order, invoice, item fulfillment, deposit & payment. Under the transaction tab under status if you choose "Open" nothing is shown, because all is paid.

Customer doesn't have a parent? If you are paying at the parent level, all the balances for all the child customers are rolled up into one. No parent, it's pretty straight forward, except for the fact that it doesn't balance.
