Hi Mikko, Inventory location is not the line item location, it may be relevant to item's stock or inventory location, but definitely not the line location column. In Suitescript you can reference the line location as 'location' in the sublist.

Thank you Roxanne, agree on the resolution above, however the dropdown for department selection is still filled with inactive departments. I guess we will have to rename the inactive and add prefix on them,however it may not still work for those with child department. Thanks for your help

Hi KMcC7808 thanks for this sample. I tried it though, but I am getting the error System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: 'The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax.' on this line SearchResult result = service.search(basic); when it executed. Any idea why the error? Thanks.

haha yes, same here, I would always look for docu for nlapiSendEmail as I always forgot the sequence of parameters. And now have to look again on how to do it on SS2. gotcha, I have to use newRecord.. :confused: oops. false alarm. i click edit so it did not return error. but still in view mode, i am not getting it right.. ughh.
