Problem Resolved: Our Marketing Administrator had gone in and marked the campaigns for various verticals (departments). On the same customer status list, the stage will indicate which status will relate to Leads, Prospects or Customers. I checked and the dropdown on my opportunities only show statuses for prospects.

you should be able to find the list in CRM lists and then either mark the item as inactive or delete it

Under Set Up > Sales Preferences you can select the custom form you want for each stage. We do show the entity stage as a field on the screen, but I am not sure that would be required. We have a custom form for each stage and in some cases a custom form for different roles.

I have 2 customer centers and have the permissions turned off on both. Specifically related to links to the financial data as we do not currently use NetSuite financial modules. The links still show up even though I have none on all the transaction financial permissions. Thanks, Shermette

I was successful by updating my search that originally pulls info for the CSV import and adding the Contact Internal ID. Had to do some extra work, but got my data in. Also, I filed a case and spoke with Support to demo how it was before and what is necessary now. Thanks for your suggestions! Shermette

I was the adm using another CRM system and when I changed jobs, it was easy to pick up Netsuite. If you cannot find someone with Netsuite experience, you might look for someone with CRM experience.

We have the role on our new Contact entry form. However, if you want to update the role on an existing contact, you have to do it from the customer screen "Update Primary" which then allows us to edit the role on all our contacts. You have to set each status to a stage - Lead, Prospect or Customer. The Opportunity would be a Prospect stage unless it is an additional sale or renewal for an existing customer. Even our Renewal status is shown as a Prospect stage and it still works.

I have 2 custom tabs on several of my roles that have approximately 35 KPI Scorecard portlets on them each. I do not have any KPI - Key Performance Indicators on the tabs, but I would think it works the same way.

Thanks to all for the help. I finally figured it out. Because it was Sales Managers, I was allowing them total freedom, so I forgot to Click on the "Home" tab and therefore, it was not affecting their dashboard. Everything's learning experience - won't do that again! Thanks again, Shermette
