  • I think I get it. So, basically both close options equal a situation where we wouldn't anticipate ever receiving the item. If this is the case, the only group to receive a P.O. would be Accounting? What if the item receipt does not filter through Accounting but is delivered directly to a Department Manager?

  • Yes we found we had to use ${salesrep.MESSAGE_SIGNATURE} in the Marketing Template AND the Sales Rep must have: 1) Set up their Signature (Preferences>General>User Profile AND 2) Check 'Add Signature to Messages' Good luck!

  • Just a quick follow up on a resolution. I created a custom CRM field with Source List: Contact and Source From: Office Phone and applied it to our case forms. Now when user selects a contact on the form the contact's office phone populates in the custom CRM field.
