So if I am understanding correctly, our current business process of forecast versus pipeline matches NetSuite. Forecast=actual closed sales & Pipeline= prospects to close. Could you be thinking of the "Assign To" field on the Case Form? From what I can see, Support Reps may email all employees (that are set up in NetSuite) -- they don't have to be flagged as "Support Reps" on the Employee Record.

The field description for "Internal Only" check off box indicates you may also email employees using the Messages tab and clicking Email. This is only if you are adding new employees - which is only done by HR Manager. You can't even select existing employees. What am I missing?

I noticed this too. A bigger issue for us is found under the Messages sub tab (after selecting employees from the Email Employees drop down, the actual email to the Employee is NOT logged. What is the logic? Can this be right? Has anyone else experienced these issues? If so, could you share your work around?

I am up and running but now I have a seperate issue. In custom trend graphs, is it not possible to reference a custom saved search that includes "System Notes" in Criteria?

Hi chanarbon, That is exactly the issue - in our world Discounts are never the same rate. They are based on specific orders, invoices, etc.generated in our proprietary application so we don't want a RATE on the Netsuite Discount Item. We want to set it through the Web Service.

I have no clue why this bug was put in front of the firing squad. It really is a shame and a wrench in our process. Wow...96, huh? You better get a sticker for that! :p I did but not the one I wanted. Turns out we were optimizing a bug in an earlier version. Version 2007.0 fixed the bug and made a process nightmare for us! Just our luck - we implement a good business process and it's labeled as a bug in NetSuite!
