Hi Michelle, It's a item saved search. Our product team has been using it to extract data from Netsuie. It worked well before. The defect just started this week. 2021.1 new release applied to our account last Friday, Mar 19. Not sure if this defect is related to the new release. Thank you, Lily

It seems the defect will happen once there are more than 50 columns in the results. It works correctly when the column number is 48. After I increase to 51, the defect happens. Thank you, Lily

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your explanation. When the results are 650, it's not a big number. The exported file only include 157 lines. When the results are 25,380, the exported file includes 5418 lines. It seems odd. Lily

Hi Michelle, I tried both, they don't work. Actually the custom role can see all public saved searches. The problem is they can't see VIEW Drop Down. I found an alternate solution to bring these saved searched under Report as a Center Category page. And it works. Thanks for your help. Lily

Hi Michelle, Yes, the FYT Clinic User role has the Perform Search Permission Full. In other roles, users could see many selections in View Drop Down menu. Hi Michelle, The problem is there is no View drop down display for the custom role. These saved searches have been set up as public. In other roles, we can use View Drop Down to select.
