Thanks Jack for checking it. For some reason, the locked bills can be edit by the specific role today when I checked again. They can NOT be edit last week. Not sure if it's something related US Boston server outage on Feb 14. Anyway, the issue is resolved now. Lily

Hi Michelle, The role is in Accounting Center. Other users with the same role have no problem to use the custom views. The issue only happens to this particular user. I don't think it's permission related. Anyway, Please see screenshot of permissions in Transaction tab.

Hello Micah, Yes, we did all things you mentioned. And multiple users tried to run the report and all failed. It seems like a timeout issue. Scheduled report has a timeout limit up to 4 hours. If a report needs more than 4 hours to run, is there a way to run it? Thank you, Lily

Yes, we do select a location on the item line level of the sales order. There are enough available qty in the location. Only Intercompany SO can auto committed. For the same item and the same location in item line level, non-intercompany SO shows back ordered. Thank you, Lily

In Set Up Auto-Generated Number page, If I click Vendor Return Authorization line "Update Initial Number" checkbox, I can put a new number in Initial Number box to overwrite Current Number. Will it cause duplicate number issue? Thank you, Lily

Hi Shamaine, You didn't include subsidiary in the search result. For a particular vendor and subsidiary, there should be only one vendor price, but the search result display two vendor price.
