If you are in a major jam - you can create a picking ticket saved search that gives you all the info you need to pick the items. This is what we use on a daily basis so we aren't using up a ream of paper a day. It may not be ideal for you, but it may get you by.

If I use the suffix "\" like you mentioned it does come up but it looks different than i expected. When I simply put in the parent name, this is what I see. After about 3 seconds the screen changes to this. There must be a setting somewhere I need to change. Thanks for your help

We did switch to the descriptive url's and it was easy. We did loose our page rank on our category pages but we bumped up a bit in the serp's after just a few days.
