i think i found out the problem with this - the sales order was closed and the purchase order was closed but the purchase order was never received - in fact it still shows up in the list "receive purchase orders". This is strange to me, because i would think that if the PO is closed - it no longer needs to be received.…

It was a drop ship PO but we did close the PO

We could send them the sales order, but we were trying to avoid having the vendor know what we are selling the item for (we compete with them for customers) Printing the fullfillment would work, except like you said, we need to send the paper work before it is fulfilled. I think we are going to just have to send the sales…

Does this import work on the sales order level or the item level? The problem that I could see with this, is when a customer has ordered multiple items and only one item on the order has been fulfilled. Can you only fulfill the one item on the order? thanks
-
The current method of CSV import for Item Fulfillments is very incomplete. If you look at the template there are only a few columns defined and there is little documentation. In addition, I want to be able to update info on the Item Fulfillment record, not just create one. The CSV Import mapping would allow us to create…

I'm referring to Item Fulfillment transactions. They are associated with the Sales Order transaction.

That is a good question. I noticed that 'Preferred Category' is not a field available in Saved Searches which is what I was hoping for. I am hoping that you can update which category is the preferred category via CSV upload. I will be checking on that next.

I tried the 5 point action plan and I was rejected. I will try the full plan again.

Ok - I followed the instructions for registering for the Release Preview Program and here are a couple of issues: Issue #1 - when using the Contact Support Online form a script fails when I am using Firefox. It happens at step #2 - What is this about? – “Administration” & then General Enquiries It crashed by browser. I had…

I watched the sitemap training video and I noticed that the url's in the sample xml file were not the descriptive url's. I am hoping that this is because the test account that was being used did not have descriptive url's turned on. Can anyone on beta confirm that descriptive url's are used in the sitemap generator. Thank…

I know they say it can take 48 hours but it rarely takes more than 10 minutes. We just recently moved all of our domains to Godaddy and reconfigured them and they all popped pretty much immediately. Maybe Cnames take longer than Arecords? I'm not sure - maybe Thanks
-
In regard to the DNS changes, the support rep checked Godaddy with me. We had an A record pointing to the netsuite ip address rather than the cname redirect. I know it is not recommended but we had some issues with Godaddy and the cname redirect. We did change it to the cname and ran a test campaign. I got an address not…

nope - I use Firefox.

Thanks Evan. I'm not on the beta yet. Is there anyone else on beta that might be able to comment?

If you are in a major jam - you can create a picking ticket saved search that gives you all the info you need to pick the items. This is what we use on a daily basis so we aren't using up a ream of paper a day. It may not be ideal for you, but it may get you by.

If I use the suffix "\" like you mentioned it does come up but it looks different than i expected. When I simply put in the parent name, this is what I see. After about 3 seconds the screen changes to this. There must be a setting somewhere I need to change. Thanks for your help

We have lost all of our codes also. Anyone from Netsuite know if this can be expedited?
-
I was looking for "C" also - can't find it anywhere - anyone have an idea of how to use this new feature?
-
We did switch to the descriptive url's and it was easy. We did loose our page rank on our category pages but we bumped up a bit in the serp's after just a few days. I imagine we will get our page rank back soon. It worked really well. I did notice that as we add new products, some have the descriptive url's and some don't.…

I have to say that things have gotten much better. I was getting real nevous there for a few days. Speed is back, errors are gone - no major glitches. Next time there is an upgrade - I'm going on vacation and let everyone else handle it.

what was the issue you ran into? We are going to going to 11.03 this weekend. Uh oh.

Is it possible to offer the download item for free when someone purchases a particular item. For example, someone buys a fireplace glass door and we want to give them the installation video for free, but we only want to offer it to customers who purchase the glass doors. Any ideas?
-
That worked perfectly! Thank you very much! Marcus

This is an old post but I have hope! Any luck on customizing the event invitation?

worked perfectly - thanks!

This is so easy in Excel but for some reason I have not been able to find the right formula for subtracting business using SQL. I need to subtract a specific number from a date. The challenge is, the number represents business days. So the formula needs to accomplish {date}-8 business days Any help is appreciated.

as automated as possible is what we want. If I am correct, you do custom scripting, right? Maybe I could call you to discuss.

We just recently did a site redesign with Skytek - (did a good job by the way) and we just put live person on our website about a week ago. It was fairly easy to implement and it doesn't seem to slow the site down at all. It does not integrate with NS but we were really only looking for another means of communication with…

Is there a way to extract the related item info? In other words, I want to find out which items are related items and to which items they are related to.

2010.2 didn't help bummer :(
