Yup, we can't void or close because the sales order thinks the item is stuck in the fulfillment stage. What we ended up doing is we removed the customer's cc info, changed the amount to 0.00 and then completed the process. It's a clunky way of doing it but it's taken care of. As far as I know there are no limits (no pun intended) to the number of customers you can have with any of the licenses. You'd best check with your account rep to make sure though.

Right now we are populating the title but only the number shows up in the drop-down on transactions.

Well this looks like it may have been a user issue, not a Netsuite issue. Either that or a one-time glitch. I tested several cash sales with the users involved and they all showed the title. My appologies to all of you who helped out.

As we're a charity, we don't need or use Estimates or Sales Orders. Is there any other way to make this work without requiring our sales force to add an unecessary time consuming step?

Thanks. I was actually trying to do it via a saved search, but have resorted to using a report like you suggest. We set up scheduling to email it to the managers on a weekly basis.

It's been like that for a while for us too. It only happens when images are larger than a certain size. Try dropping the image down to 1024 wide and see if that fixes the problem.
