We had the same problem a while back.... and I think we resolved it in our IE settings. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab Scroll down, do you have any of the following unchecked? SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 TLS 1.0 I have them all checked. Does that help?

Same problem here. We have over 50,000 items for sale. Naturally we do not have categories for everything. We depend upon the search by part# to bring up parts that are not in any category. This used to work in the past. I don't know why or when it stopped working. Any comments from Netsuite would be appreciated.

It did work in Safari and Firefox... so we did now tests and found out that in IE 7.0 > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Use SSL 2.0 must be checked in order for these images to display. This may be a problem of Internet Explorer 7 Beta version 7.0.5346.5. When I printed the same report from FireFox it printed correctly.

problem solved. It was all related to just one sales order. The UPS error message displayed is not related to the actual problem. The incorrect error message just caused us to look in the wrong direction for a while. :h_a_w:

We sell a lot of low weight items < 0.25 lbs, some are glassware and require boxes which dimensionally weigh over 10 lbs by air or 1-2 lbs by ground. This is really crazy that there is no way to set the default value on the customer record field "Ship Complete" and other fields. In the case of ship complete.... Oh that... yes still only from the admin role. I did solve the issue here by logging into endicia and setting a preference there to automatically reload $amount when ever below $amount. So, no longer an issue here as USPS postage is auto refilled. Each time endicia sends me an email so I am aware when it happens.
