The Standard search Criteria does not contain "Most recent message". The only other search criteria is "Status" == "is not Closed". I attempted to set "Most recent message" == True, but then received no notifications on changes.

I agree. This seems like basic functionality. Lack of simple essential functions (associating a case to the user who created it) and the ability to integrate these function in a timely fashion hurts your product. CRM case management has seen no improvements since I have been a NetSuite customer. I would guess this is because the majority user-base is not demanding it. We are looking at external support products, and eventually, working on getting rid of NetSuite for this reason.

I customized the Access tab to have a button that generates a unique (actually random) password that the admin can cut and paste into the contacts password field eliminating having to come up with password. As of yesterday, my saved searches with custom <HTML> section stopped working. They are still reporting properly, just the display of the contents is not what it should be.
