Re: Approve Bank Details and Vendor record in one go
Hi @User_JJC0O
Pls do the following check:
1. Did you add the vendor internal id in the filter of your saved search ? If your saved search is build from bank detail then have to add Parent Vendor.Internal Id in your SS filter.
2. I assume you are creating a schedule workflow with the SS to perform update of the inactive field in vendor record ?
If yes do check that your workflow is released. Schedule workflow will not execute in test mode. So add a criteria in your SS to only select one vendor record for testing. And release the workflow to let it run based on schedule.

Re: Netsuite Analytics duplicates records when next transaction is brought in
Hello, @Elizabeth Vance. @CDuf is correct.
See for example below.
I created a Transaction Dataset with the following Criteria and Columns:
Then, to check if there are duplicate lines, I went ahead and created a Pivot Table:
I noticed that the count for SO00105 is 3 which means there are three lines for that sales order.
I opened again the Dataset to show only the lines for SO00105.
It turns out the reason why SO00105 has three lines is because of fields I exposed in the dataset which are the Related Transactions fields and the corresponding Amount.
I realized that it makes sense that it shows three lines because the sales order was billed into three different Invoices.
Now, if I only want this sales order to show as only one line in the dataset, I can remove the Related Transactions fields as columns.
In your case, you might not want to remove such a column because you need it for reporting. In this case, you can leave it as it is and understand that the three lines pertain to three different invoices related to the sales order.
Thanks!

Re: Reversal Pending Approval to previous month
Hi Patrick
The Original JE was Approved with a Tick. But not sure why the reversal JE is not auto Approved.
We need to manually Edit and re Saved the Original JE then the reversal JE Approved is auto ticked.

Re: Are there any suggested solutions to manage projects with multiple funders?
A few more questions.
- Do you need to send invoices to Customer A, Customer B, etc? Or, can the invoice be generated for Generic Customer 1, which comprises Customer A, Customer B, etc?
- From a GAAP perspective, do you need the Revenue to be attributed to Customer A, Customer B, etc.? Or can we have accurate financials and a breakdown on the reporting level?
- Similar to #2, can we have the same applied to Expenses?
Thank you.
