Hi @User_3IKZW,

I just tested it on my test account and it works fine on my end. I do notice however on your file, beside your Header for Payer/Payee, remove the phrase "testme".

Let me know if it works on your end, if not try using a fresh template and repopulate the essential columns. Do not delete columns as these will cause further errors, you can just left them blank if not needed.

Re: Clarification on Subsidiary Creation License Limit

Hello @User_3S1B9

The number of Subsidiaries supported in your NetSuite account is defined in your contract with NetSuite. You can have as many subsidiaries as you want to have, you just have to pay NetSuite for them.

You're provisioned 6 Subsidiaries. As soon as you try to create a seventh (that isn't an elimination sub) you will be blocked from creating it, and you will need to purchase new subsidiaries.

Basically, your contract tells you how many you've paid for. If you pay for more, you can have more.

Hello! It looks like you need to be more specififc now. instead of companyaddressbook, try customerAddressBook, vendorAddressBook, or even just entityAddressBook
