Latest updates in the NetSuite Support Community (UI/UX edition) – December 2025
We’re excited to announce several updates to the NetSuite Support Community designed to create a cleaner, more intuitive experience for our users! These improvements are aimed at reducing clutter, streamlining navigation, and making support resources easier to access.
What’s New
- Smaller Top Banner
The top banner across all pages is now shorter, so users can see key content sooner and navigate the site more efficiently.
- Added “Contact Us” KB Link
A new “Contact Us” Knowledge Base link is now in the footer, providing a quick way to access support instructions and contact details.
- Added a link to the Knowledge Base article about the registration process on the NetSuite Support Community homepage.
Users can now quickly find helpful information and step-by-step instructions for registering, making it easier for newcomers to join the community.
- Updated the look of the "Refer a Member" button for improved visibility and a modern appearance.
The refreshed design makes it easier for users to find and use the referral feature.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) now available for the Oracle Community
Last November, the Oracle Community started to require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all member logins. This simple extra step helps protect your account (and the community data) by adding an additional layer of security during sign-in. - Fixed the issue where some embedded videos do not display properly
Deprecated
- Login Button Removed from Guest View
The Login button has been removed from the Homepage Banner for guest users to improve layout and free up space for more relevant content. Login and Register buttons are still accessible from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Removal of Redundant Search Bar & Refer a Member Button
Duplicate Search Bar and Refer a Member buttons that are visible when logged in have been removed from the banner to reduce clutter and improve page spacing. Both features remain available in the top navigation bar.
